Sometimes you get tired of continually being forced to look in the gaping maw of unreason and illogic, with the expectation that you will simply go along with it.
These are the observations of a man who woke up one morning to realize that there really are people here who hate the principles that this country was founded on, and are actively working to change it into something it was never intended to be, rather than having the good graces to move to the foreign ‘utopias’ that have instituted the policies that these people keep trying to foist on us here.
Despite the concerted effort by academics, the press, and far too many elected officials to transmute their implications otherwise into truth, it really is OK to reject political correctness, the mistaken belief that other cultures and morals are superior to our own, and the offensive idea that we need government to do everything for us. You don’t have to silently accept the transition of moral decay into repugnant laws. You still have the right to own a firearm, and the minute you start to believe otherwise, then you should get comfortable with the idea that all your other rights may be arbitrarily taken away or changed by a leviathan that now exists to perpetuate the idea we should serve it, and not the other way around. You have the right to say something to offend the sensibilities of someone who believes in redefining words, terms, and ideas for the purpose of removing the shame from what they are doing. You have the right to acknowledge the Christian underpinnings of this Nation and its most basic laws. You have the right to stand up, speak your mind, and drive the pretenders, the lunatics, and the “Hate America First” crowd to the fringes of society, where they should remain as examples to our children and our childrens’ children of the unsustainable madness of wealth redistribution and an entitlement mentality is the surest road to ruin.
Stand up. Counter their “feelings” with fact. Challenge their illogical conclusions at every opportunity. Make light of their hypocrisy. Resist their attempts to redefine and revise the world, its history, and how it is interpreted. Never accept their flawed premises, and always set their strawmen on fire before their eyes.
Bring the uncomfortable truth to their fallacious narrative. Every. Single. Day.
