To your point 4 I would say variants are all ready in use. Think about the stories of local governments using Google to see unreported pools and fence placements. Bam the Tax Man comets and he’s pissed because you tried to end run the rules.
As for 5 I think you may want to set the alarm clock for real soon as the reality is that the emerging tech will only make it it easier to see ones data as equal to street photography ala public domain laws. We better all wake up about info ownership or we lose.
